Each of our products is superbly manufactured and
is of the utmost quality. We are certain that
you’ll be satisfied with are wide range of
armor, weapons, and accessories. However, if
for whatever reason you are not satisfied with your
product, please email us at returns@armorvenue.com within
7 days of receiving the product and you’ll
be refunded in full so long as the product is unused
and undamaged.
It is very important to us that you are completely
satisfied with your purchase. Even if you don’t
have a reason to return an item, that’s okay! There’s no
risk when ordering from Armor Venue!
Return Policy
Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date
you receive your order. You will get a full
refund of the purchase price of the item less shipping
costs. We cannot refund you on your order’s
shipping and handling. The items must be in
the same condition when purchased and be shipped
back in the original or similar packaging. Damaged
items will not be accepted and will be shipped back
to the return address.
Please note that our Suits of Armor that are specially
made to order are treated as custom orders and cannot
be refunded.

A Brief reason for the return
We will then issue you a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and instructions on where to ship the item. You must receive a RMA# in order to get a refund. Returns without a RMA# will not be accepted. You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return. There will also be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.
Upon receiving the return we will credit your account within 48 hours and send a confirmation email.

Terms & Conditions
We are not responsible or liable for the misuse
of any of our products. You are responsible
for any accidents or injuries that may result from
the misuse of our swords, armors, or any other armor
and weapons replicas.
You must be 18 years of age or older to order any
of our weapons and armor from this site or have the
consent of your parent/guardian. We do not
knowingly sell to children under the age of 18. It
is your responsibility to adhere to this policy.
If you plan on wearing or using your item at a SCA
event, it is your responsibility to understand SCA
combat rules and regulations. Rules will vary
depending on the tournament, and the Tournament Marshal
has the final say for all combat regulations and
standards. For your own protection, do not
wear this or any other helmet in any combat activity
unless it is approved by SCA Officials prior to event. We
are not responsible for any damages or injuries that
may be incurred during SCA tournaments.
Delivery Time
All items are shipped with 1-2 business days if
they are in stock. Please note that some of
our more unique or less popular items may not be
in stock and are made to order. In this case
it will take 6-10 weeks for your product to be manufactured
and shipped to the U.S. Items that are on backorder
and made to order will be labeled as such in the
product description. If you order and the item
is not in stock, we will notify you and you can choose
to cancel your order if you wish. About 85%
of our items are in stock, and the remaining 15%
is made to order.
Shipping
We use UPS to ship our products. We believe
that offer the best service, especially for larger
packages. From our experience they offer timely
and reliable service. If you want to rush delivery
your item, please let us know. We can 2nd Day
or Next Day Air it to you for an additional cost.
We are also able to ship to Canada, but there will
be an additional fee for customs and duty taxes.
At this point we are not able to ship internationally. However,
if you really need an order or would like to purchase
in bulk, email us at support@armorvenue.com and
we will try our best to accommodate you.
