Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date you receive your order.  You will get a full refund of the purchase price of the item less shipping costs.  We cannot refund you on your order’s shipping and handling.  The items must be in the same condition when purchased and be shipped back in the original or similar packaging.  Damaged items will not be accepted and will be shipped back to the return address.

Please note that our Suits of Armor that are specially made to order are treated as custom orders and cannot be refunded.

A Brief reason for the return 

We will then issue you a RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization number) and instructions on where to ship the item.  You must receive a RMA# in order to get a refund.  Returns without a RMA# will not be accepted.  You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for the return.  There will also be a 15% restocking fee on all returns.

Upon receiving the return we will credit your account within 48 hours and send a confirmation email..
