This armor can be adjusted somewhat to optimally fit a person 5'7" 150 lbs. to 6' 220 lbs. It has some chainmail at the elbows to provide extra freedom of movement. The leather straps on the armor are somewhat forgiving and will allow you to adjust to your body.
