This elaborately golden floral etched suit of armor is one of the most impressive you'll ever see. Made by Marto of Spain, it truly is a world-class suit of armor.
This armor is modeled after those found in the Royal Armoury in Madrid, Spain and date back to the 16th century during the time of Charles I of Spain and Charles V of Germany.
This piece is handcrafted in Spain using materials similar to the original pieces. Iron and steel are painstakenly molded and engraved; brocades imitate textiles and patterns of the period in the 16th century. The metal is finished with an "old patina" and rust protected. It also comes with a premium solid wood base with reinforced metal angles.
