This Medieval Mace has a head crafted from steel which is securely mounted onto a hardwood haft. The mounting of the head has been reinforced with a pair of steel pins.
A common mace type across Medieval Europe in the 12th - 14th centuries the multi-faceted pyramidal head of this mace concentrates concussive force onto a single point. The haft is durable without being too heavy to ensure that the mace is quick on the swing and recovery whilst striking with great concussive force when a blow is landed upon a target.
