Maximize protection for your neck and throat with the Gorget with Standing Collar. Though various forms of this armor were present in earlier centuries, the gorget was fully developed with its own distinction in the 16th century. Designed with historical style, this piece features 18 gauge steel plates with a blackened interior. These plates form a standing collar around the neck with adjustable steel buckles and leather straps. In addition, attachment to pauldrons is enabled with the inclusion of leather shoulder straps. Great for costumes and re-enactments.
