Maximize protection for your neck and throat with the Gothic Gorget. Though various forms of this armor were present in earlier centuries, the gorget was fully developed with its own distinction in the 16th century. Designed with historical style, this piece features 16 gauge steel plates with a blackened interior and at the press of a steel button button with matching slot, the plates can swivel open and closed. In addition, leather shoulder straps enable attachment to pauldrons. With true gothic flair, this gorget is great for costumes and re-enactments.
