This medieval gorget is crafted from 16 gauge steel; it swivels open to allow for it be closed around the throat and is then secured with a pin and matching slot. A pair of thick leather straps allow for you to hang and secure your own pauldrons.
Please Note: When measuring the circumference of your neck you should also account for any padded collars or padded armor that you intend to wear beneath this gorget.
